'In stock' merchandise: We create pieces of art and stained glass and store them safely until the time of a sale. The art is signed by the artist. If it is an original, it is so noted. Each piece of original art has a certificate of authenticity on the back. Prints are also available. Warranties are not provided. Upon a sale, the items are packaged as safely as possible and forwarded on the customer. Payment must be cleared, in order for the product to be sent. Products are sent out within 3 business days.

Custom Orders: A lot of our products are not made until an order is received. This allows us to save costs by not having a lot in immediate inventory. It also allows us to make items according to the customer specifications. Thus, if one sees an item they like but wants a different option created, this is feasible. More time is needed for custom orders. Most are sent out within 10 business days. If more time is needed, the customer is notified. If you have a rush, please so indicate so adjustments can be made on our part.

Lost or damaged items: Bernie's Creations takes all precautions to protect the merchandise sent out. It is carefully packaged to prevent breakage in shipping and care is taken on shipping labels. Larger items are insured for your protection. Occasionally, items are damaged in transit or lost. We will replace the item or repair the damage if we are notified on a timely basis. Contact us by e-mail or phone. However, Bernie's Creations will not assume liability above the replacement value nor for shipping costs of returns.

Returns: We hope that the customer will be happy with their products. However, if you wish to return the products, please notify us in advance of sending it back. Please do so on a timely basis. We are not liable for shipping returned items. Items must be received intact for a refund.

Shipping: We add a shipping and handling charge to our orders. This is derived from the cost incurred to us for supplies and shipping. In cases of larger and custom stained glass panels which are sent by UPS, this is done on an individual basis. It is necessary to inquire on the cost on these. Items ordered locally may be hand delivered or picked up.

Special Promotions and Price Changes: On occasions, we offer special prices in anticipation of holidays or special times. These are stated on the page and are less in price than our regular items. They are good for a limited time only. We also occasionally have work available from other artists on a one to one basis.

We do reserve the right to cancel a promotion without notice or make needed changes. While we try to keep our prices fair and in line, on occasion, we do need to alter a price. This is again done fairly. We also reserve the right to change prices as needed without notification.
