Q:What is Bernie's Creations?
A: We are a small business dedicated to the creation of various types of art and stained glass for our customers. We are small and are dedicated to doing art the old fashioned way, by hand. We create all patterns for stained glass ourselves and build each panel individually. Each painting or drawing is done by an artist, one by one.

Q: What is your time frame in getting your art to the customer?
A: This can vary based with other orders, season and custom work. Some of the products are ready to go and are generally sent out within 3 days after receipt of order. A custom order can take 3 to 15 days. If we receive a lot of custom orders which need to be hand done, we will notify you of the delay. In return, if you have an item you need on a rush (example-birthday gift), please so indicate so adjustments can be made. We do aim to please but do remember we are not an assembly factory nor mass production.

Q: How do you get your items delivered to the customer?
A: Smaller items, small art and prints are mailed. Larger ones are sent by UPS. We complete the items, wrap and label them and then send directly to you. Thus, from our hands to yours.

Q: Do you use patterns from stained glass books.
A: Because of copyright infringements, we do not make patterns from books. Each pattern that we offer has been designed by us and is copyrighted. We can make patterns by custom design. We expect that other stained glass artists also not copy from us.

Q: What if I like a stained glass panel but don't necessarily want the colors you show?
A: We sell the panels as shown on the page but will gladly change colors to meet your color scheme or preference. When ordering, just send us an e-mail in advance to specify what you want or add it to the order. We certainly don't mind special orders and welcome you to e-mail with suggestions or questions.

Q: On original art, is there just one?
A: Yes, just one of that particular one. It goes to the first to pay. However, similar pieces can be done on request. Don't be afraid to e-mail for a price quote on a similar piece or special request. Most originals are framed.

Q: You have prints too?
A: Yes, some of the art, especially bird art, has prints only available. These sell for much less than originals. Not all originals will have prints made and not all prints will have the original for sale. They are clearly marked.

Q: I see you do pet and people portraits. What do you need here?
A: Just complete the form and send a good photo. A good photo is one that is not blurry, is a close up of the subject and does not have excessive shadows or sunlight glaring. Photos can be sent by jpeg also. We reserve the right to decline the job if the photo is not usable. Background choices are available. The portraits are 8 x 10. Larger sizes are available. E-mail us for special requests.

Q: Will you have different items available?
A: Absolutely yes. New art is added as done and others removed as sold. Check again later.

Q: How do I order?
A: Just complete the order form on line and click send. We will view your order and notify you back of the price with tax and shipping and handling.

Q: How do I pay?
A: After you send your order we will notify you. (Be sure and mark the box in the order form on how you want us to contact you) We will e-mail you back to confirm the order and method of payment.
